“Alborada” is the Spanish for rosy dawn, dawn song, for the atmosphere at the waking of the day with its glowing, colourful play. Following this motto a vividly, joyfully coloured and varied programme can be heard, with Spanish and South American guitar music from the Renaissance through to the 20th century.
